1932 - 7-EVENT VISION

Attention: open in a new window. PDFPrintE-mail

Just as God revealed to Daniel those things which would take place from then until the end of time, God also showed Brother Branham seven things which would happen before the end. Five of the seven things have already happened. Brother Branham referred to these in several sermons, but had the most complete accounts in "Hybrid Religion" [also titled, "Condemnation by Representation"] and in "The Seventieth Week Of Daniel."

"Hybrid Religion" [also titled "Condemnation by Representation"], November 13, 1960

"The Seventieth Week Of Daniel," August 6, 1961
In the vision Brother Branham saw some dreadful things take place. After telling them, some people were so shocked they wanted to throw Brother Branham out of the hall for saying such things; others wanted to throw him in jail or lock him up. Remember, we are looking back at history on five of these prophecies which have been fulfilled. Public opinion of Mussolini was not bad at the time of the vision, and for some it still is not. People at that time could not believe the newly elected President, Franklin Roosevelt, would help lead the world into a world war. So when Brother Branham first told this vision, these events were shocking to the people who heard them.

The following is the entire text of this vision from the sermon, "Hybrid Religion." The items inside quotation marks are what Brother Branham read. You can hear this in his voice as you listen to the sermon. While he is reading the vision, the items in parenthesis are the comments he is making. After he is finished reading, he makes more comments and repeats another prophecy concerning 1956 and one concerning a President who would be a crew cut, playboy, beatnik-type, lady’s man.

ANGEL OF THE LORD

In 1946, the Angel of the Lord met him in a cave near Jeffersonville, saying, “Do not fear, I am sent from the presence of Almighty God.” He continued, saying, “Your peculiar birth and misunderstood life has been to indicate that you’re to go to all the world and pray for the sick people….If you get the people to believe you, and be sincere when you pray, nothing shall stand before your prayers, not even cancer.” One of the most popular sermons of Brother Branham telling about his experience when the angel first appeared to him is "How The Angel Came To Me," preached on January 17, 1955.

BEYOND THE CURTAIN OF TIME

In May 1960, Brother Branham had an experience where he went beyond the curtain of time.

"Oh, my precious friend, my beloved, my darlings of the Gospel, my begotten children unto God, listen to me, your pastor. I wish there was some way I could explain it to you. There's no words. I couldn't find it. It's not found anywhere. But just beyond this last breath is the most glorious thing that you ever-- There is no way to explain it. There's no way. I just can't do it.

But whatever you do, friends, lay aside everything else till you get perfect love. Get to a spot that you can love everybody, every enemy, everything else.

That one visit there to me has made me a different man. I can never, never, never be the same Brother Branham that I was. Whether the planes are rocking, whether lightning's a-flashing, whether the spies has a gun on me, whatever it is, it doesn't matter. I'm going to press the battle by the grace of God while I preach the Gospel to every creature and every person that I can, persuading them to that beautiful land yonder."

EARTHQUAKES - PROPHESIES AND STATEMENTS - Introduction

The first time Brother Branham mentioned earthquakes was around 1935, when he said the time would come when the ocean/sea would weep its way into the desert. In 1958 (and other times), he speaks about the ocean weeping its way into the desert.
Then after the prophecy was given on April 29, 1965, concerning Los Angeles sinking to the bottom of the sea, Brother Branham referred back to this prophecy made in 1935.
In 1951, as Brother Branham spoke to the congregation in the Calvary Temple in Los Angeles, California, he warned that judgment was approaching and that it probably would strike right there first.
In 1954, as he preached in the Lane Tech High School in Chicago, Illinois, he warned that when a person spurns the God’s mercy, the only thing that is left is judgment. Then later in the sermon, he spoke about the Puget Sound area having experienced "tidal waves."
In April 1957, Brother Branham and his wife were in an earthquake in California. He again gave a warning.
In May 1962, Brother Branham again warned America.
In 1964, Brother Branham was hunting at Sunset/Klondyke, the whirlwind descended three times, and the Lord told him: “Judgment---Striking---West Coast.”

California earthquake prophecy

A matter of days after this, on Good Friday, March 28, 1964, an earthquake hit Prince William Sound, Alaska. The earthquake had a 9.2 moment magnitude, and the duration was about 4 minutes. It was felt over a large area of Alaska and in parts of western Yukon Territory and British Columbia, Canada. To date, this is the largest earthquake to hit North America and it is the second largest quake recorded by the USGS.

PILLAR OF FIRE PHOTOGRAPHED IN HOUSTON, TEXAS - SUMMARY

Attention: open in a new window. PDFPrintE-mail

pillaroffire_abovewmbranham_web_medGod allowed the Pillar of Fire to be photographed with His prophet in the Sam Houston Coliseum in Houston, Texas, on January 24, 1950.

While Brother Branham was conducting a series of services in Houston, and praying for many sick people, a Baptist minister who disagreed with divine healing being part of scriptural teachings challenged Brother Branham to a debate concerning divine healing. Brother Branham refused to debate, but Brother Fred F. Bosworth, who was traveling with Brother Branham, asked to take the debate. Brother Branham didn’t want any fussing, but Brother Bosworth promised that he would not fuss. The debate was conducted, and it clearly showed divine healing is a scriptural doctrine. The Brother Bosworth told the audience that Brother Branham was in the audience and he could come dismiss the congregation if he chose.

Brother Branham came to the platform and first told the audience that he didn’t want anyone feeling badly towards Dr. Best because of what he had said and his actions, because Dr. Best has a right to his beliefs. He told them that if the gift was in question, then God speaks for Himself. At that time, the Pillar of Fire came down and hung over Brother Branham’s head in the form that you see in this photo. Some of the audience saw it, some did not.

The photographer that Dr. Best had hired to take pictures of the debate was also very skeptical. The six photos he had taken during the debate were ones of Dr. Best putting his fist under Brother Bosworth’s face, etc. When the Pillar of Fire came in, the photographer took this photograph. When he developed the negatives, the first six negatives were blank. This photograph was the only one that turned out. The negative was taken to George J. Lacy, a man who examined questioned documents for the FBI. After examination, he came to the conclusion that the light had struck the negative. [View Report]
